[Hiring] Full Stack Engineer @Evergrowth

Role Description

Evergrowth is looking for a candidate to:

• Design, develop, and scale backend services for AI-driven sales automation and agentic workflows.
• Own end-to-end features: from database and APIs to background processing and integrations.
• Collaborate with product, AI, and front-end teams to deliver seamless, scalable solutions.
• Champion best practices in code quality, testing, performance, and security.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in PHP 8.2+ (primary language across most services).
• Experience with Python (for AI Agents services).
• Familiarity with modern PHP frameworks: Laravel 12 and Symfony.
• Understanding of async programming and queue-based architectures.
• MySQL/MariaDB expertise (primary DB).
• Experience with Redis for caching & queue management.
• Knowledge of Google Cloud Firestore (NoSQL) and Google BigQuery for analytics & data warehousing.
• Strong RESTful API design & implementation skills.
• Experience with API documentation tools (Swagger/OpenAPI, Scramble, L5-Swagger).
• Familiarity with token-based authentication: JWT, Bearer tokens, Auth0.
• Experience with webhook design and processing.
• Knowledge of Laravel Queue system & Redis as queue backend.
• Experience with Symfony Messenger with AWS SQS.
• Familiarity with Temporal for workflow orchestration.
• Experience with integrations with third-party APIs (LinkedIn, Google APIs, CRM systems).
• Knowledge of webhook processing & event-driven architectures.
• Experience with LLM/AI integrations: OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini.
• Experience with Docker containerization and orchestration.
• Familiarity with AWS services: S3, SQS, ECS.
• Experience with Nginx configuration.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines: GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with environment management and configuration.
• Experience with LangChain/LangGraph for AI workflows (plus).
• Familiarity with microservices and service-oriented design.
• Experience with multi-tenant app design & event-driven architecture patterns.
• Knowledge of distributed systems & scalability.
• Experience with modular, extensible architecture.
• Familiarity with WebSocket for real-time features.
• Experience with RoadRunner or similar high-performance PHP servers.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks: PHPUnit, Larastan.
• Experience with error tracking: Sentry.
• Familiarity with code quality tools: PHP CodeSniffer, Laravel Pint.
• Experience with performance monitoring & optimization.
