Role Description

As part of the founding tech team, you’ll have a direct hand in shaping this product from the ground up, with the opportunity for equity and long-term ownership.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building & Scaling: Lead the development of scalable web apps—both internal tools and customer-facing solutions.
• AI-Powered Agents: Work directly on enhancing our AI agents that handle customer service tasks, pushing the boundaries of AI in eCommerce.
• Integration & Security: Develop seamless integrations with eCommerce platforms while ensuring top-level privacy and security standards for AI-driven customer service.
• Leadership & Growth: As we scale, you’ll have the opportunity to build and lead a tech team, growing into a leadership role and helping shape the tech vision as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a full-stack developer with a focus on Node.js, React, or similar frameworks.
• Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks like OpenAI, Claude, Llama, or similar large language models.
• Experience working with large datasets or building AI-driven systems.
• Experience building and scaling web applications in startup environments.
• Knowledge of privacy and security practices in AI is a plus.

Benefits

• Base salary: Slightly below industry standard, with the upside of equity that vests based on your contributions.

• Work setup: Fully remote, flexible hours.
• Salary: 30K-35K Php/Month (Will grow as we scale).
• Equity: 3%-8%, based on your overall impact (1-year cliff, 4-year vesting).

CXaidekick is an early-stage startup on a mission to revolutionize how eCommerce brands manage customer service. We’re building an AI-powered solution that automates up to 60% of customer service tasks, freeing up CX teams to focus on strategic, high-impact work.

• Current Stage: We’re in the MVP phase, with the AI onboarding agent already in development.
• Bootstrapped & Growth-Focused: We’re currently bootstrapped, with a pre-money valuation of ~1.5M Php.
• Goal: Secure paying clients post-MVP launch and target major incubators like YC (International) or Ideaspace, QBO or AIM in 2025.
