Role Description

This role will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and improving our web platforms and internal systems. You'll work closely with our operations and content teams to implement enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and support ongoing development needs.

• Maintain and optimize company webpages and web-based applications
• Manage and improve client-facing dashboards and internal tools
• Implement new features, updates, and UI/UX improvements
• Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and system errors
• Ensure platform security, uptime, and scalability
• Manage integrations with third-party tools and APIs
• Support ongoing platform evolution as business needs grow

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of experience in Full-Stack Development
• Good English communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical decisions
• Strong proficiency in frontend development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript, built on modern frameworks such as React and Vue
• Strong proficiency in backend development using Node.js and Python, with scripting support via Bash in server-side environments
• Solid experience in database management using MySQL and NoSQL systems, including schema design, querying, and data optimization
• Proven experience managing and maintaining CMS platforms like WordPress, including themes, plugins, and custom development built on PHP-based environments
• Hands-on experience with API development and third-party integrations using REST/HTTP protocols and JSON-based communication
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, including deployment, scalability, and uptime management
• Experience using automation platforms such as N8N or Zapier, built on event-driven workflows and API triggers

Requirements

• Experience supporting and maintaining internal business tools or operational platforms built on custom web stacks or low-code systems
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles applied through frontend frameworks and design systems
• Familiarity with performance optimization and security best practices across web applications and cloud infrastructure environments
