[Hiring] Full-Stack Developer (Deployment & Operations) @Remote Talent LATAM

Role Description

Our client is looking for a hands-on and self-driven Deployment & Application Engineer to lead the migration and ongoing management of their web platform. In this role, you will own the full codebase, manage cloud infrastructure across multiple environments, and leverage AI-assisted development tools to deliver reliable and scalable solutions without sacrificing quality. This position offers significant technical ownership and the opportunity to make a real impact for a fast-moving, product-focused organization.

Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years of real-world experience shipping and maintaining web applications
• Solid command of Node.js and working knowledge of Python, both are part of the daily stack
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and keeping live applications running; DigitalOcean is a plus but any major platform works
• Clear understanding of dev, staging, and production environments and how to manage them properly
• Comfortable with the fundamentals of how applications live on the internet, DNS, environment configs, and deployment pipelines
• Strong English communication skills for direct interaction with a US-based client

Requirements

• Experience with Docker or containerized environments
• Prior experience migrating a live application from one hosting platform to another
• Exposure to Twilio, particularly around A2P messaging
• Familiarity with Replit or AI-assisted coding tools
• Experience working with OpenAI or Gemini API integrations
