[Hiring] Full Stack Developer @MWDN

Role Description

This is a backend-oriented full stack role with a strong focus on integrations. You'll own the design and implementation of integrations with our customers and partners, such as property management companies and property management software platforms. You'll work directly with their technical teams and be their go-to technical contact.

Qualifications

• Self-sufficient, self-learning, and highly motivated
• At least 4 years working with server-side technologies such as Node.js/Python/Java/C#
• At least 2 years working with client-side technologies such as Vue.js/React/Angular
• Proven experience designing and implementing integrations with 3rd-party APIs and external systems
• Customer-facing experience: working directly with clients' technical teams, strong communication skills, and a service mindset
• Experience both in relational databases (MySQL, Postgres) and NoSQL (Mongo, Cassandra, Elasticsearch)
• Experience building dockerized services and with cloud DevOps (AWS preferred)
• BSc in computer science/engineering or equivalent experience
• Good organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
• Very good English, written and spoken
• Experience with PMS / real estate systems - Advantage
• Experience in microservice architecture - Advantage
• Knowledge of CQRS/event-driven design patterns - Advantage
• Experience in the finance domain - Advantage

Requirements

• Lead customer integrations end-to-end: scoping, technical design, implementation, testing, go-live, and ongoing maintenance
• Work directly with customers and partners: join technical calls, understand their systems and data, and turn their needs into working solutions
• Provide technical support to customers: answer integration questions, investigate and resolve issues, and make sure the integrations stay reliable
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party APIs and systems (PMS platforms, open banking, payment providers), including data mapping, transformation, and validation
• Design and build backend services, APIs, and data flows in a microservices architecture that handles high-scale usage
• Improve our integration infrastructure so that new customers can be onboarded faster and more reliably, with better monitoring and alerting
• Own features end to end, from idea to production, including the frontend work needed to ship them
• Write high-quality, testable code, including unit and integration tests
• Perform code reviews and collaborate closely with developers, product managers, customer success, and external stakeholders
