[Hiring] Full Stack Developer @CONROO GmbH

Role Description

As the Full Stack Developer at CONROO, you will contribute to building scalable, reliable, and user-friendly software products. You will work across the entire stack — from designing intuitive front-end experiences to building performant back-end services and APIs.

• Build and optimize APIs, services, and data models to support product features.
• Maintain high code quality through reviews, testing, and clear documentation.
• Develop responsive, accessible, and engaging user interfaces.
• Contribute to technical strategy and make informed architectural decisions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the full stack.
• Work closely with design, product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver aligned solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular, with at least 2 years of professional experience.
• Strong expertise in Java and Java-based backend frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Quarkus), with at least 3 years of professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with databases (SQL).
• Proficiency with cloud services such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with asynchronous messaging platforms (e.g., Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ).
• Solid understanding of logging, monitoring, and debugging practices.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture is a plus.
