Role Description

As a Mid-Level Frontend Engineer, you will own consumer-facing web features end-to-end within a microfrontend ecosystem. Your work directly drives organic acquisition and user experience through web performance optimizations, seamless right-to-left localization, and reliable product delivery.

  • Build and ship responsive, mobile-first user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Next.js across server- and client-rendered applications.
  • Develop reusable design system components supporting multi-country configuration, internationalisation, and right-to-left (RTL) Arabic layouts.
  • Optimize web performance and Core Web Vitals, including bundle size, hydration costs, rendering paths, image/font loading, and caching strategies.
  • Maintain robust application contracts and shared libraries across microfrontend architectures.
  • Implement reliable analytics tracking, feature flags, and unit, component, and end-to-end testing (using Playwright and Storybook).
  • Utilize production signals, real-user monitoring, and error tracking tools to proactively resolve performance and user-facing issues.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, SEO, and backend teams, delivering thoughtful code reviews and engineering improvements.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional frontend engineering experience delivering and operating production web applications.
  • Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern state/data-fetching patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with Next.js (SSR/SSG, routing, server vs. client-side execution).
  • Solid foundation in semantic HTML, CSS Modules/responsive layout systems, and web accessibility fundamentals.
  • Practical experience with API integration, unit/component testing, and automated E2E testing (Playwright preferred).
  • Proven understanding of Core Web Vitals, web performance measurement, and debugging techniques.

Requirements

  • Experience with microfrontend architectures, monorepos, or shared npm packages.
  • Hands-on experience with internationalisation (i18n), right-to-left (RTL) layouts, and SEO-driven products.
  • Exposure to frontend observability, tag management, feature flagging, or geospatial/maps APIs.

Benefits

  • The chance to join an organization with triple-digit growth that is changing the paradigm on how software products are built.
  • The opportunity to be part of an amazing, multicultural community of tech experts.
  • A highly competitive compensation package.
  • A flexible and hybrid working environment.
  • Medical insurance.
