[Hiring] Frontend Developer @Tidio

Role Description

By joining the team, you will develop Tidio applications, create new functionalities and maintain the existing ones. Our technology stack is mostly based on JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Redux Toolkit, CSS-in-JS, GIT, Jest, and React Native.

• You will be working in the Escalate value stream.
• This stream is formed by different tech teams that strictly cooperate on Tidio’s HelpDesk product.
• The teams are made up of several backend and frontend engineers, as well as a QA, a Product Designer, a Product Manager, and an Engineering Manager.

Tidio's HelpDesk is a unified customer service platform designed to streamline all customer interactions into a single dashboard. It combines a traditional ticketing system with live chat and multichannel support, allowing to manage conversations from email, chat, Messenger, WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram in one place.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of experience working as a Frontend Developer
• Expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Good knowledge of React and Redux
• Knowledge of CSS-in-JS, Jest, NPM, GIT, Playwright
• Experience with CI/CD for mobile and web apps
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and testable code following best practices
• Like to troubleshoot, debug, and improve performance across devices
• Love to contribute to UI/UX decisions and advocate for frontend excellence
• Good level of English and ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment

Requirements

• Experience in React Native
• Experience in backend frameworks (for example NestJS)
• Experience with Docker
• Understand and apply monitoring and observability fundamentals for SaaS products
