Role Description

This role involves working with a strong background in our stack and contributing to various aspects of product development.

• Plan and build product features, including coding
• Dive into the code to fix bugs and improve developer experience
• Participate in code reviews, sharing technical knowledge
• Collaborate with the team to set technical roadmaps aligned with business goals
• Provide customer support as needed
• Write prototypes for testable hypotheses
• Identify and assist in recruiting talented candidates
• Contribute to the community through open source and blog posts
• Implement systems to improve developer efficiency and resilience
• Engage in DevOps work
• Ship code

Qualifications

• Strong experience with mobile app best practices
• Experience developing with:
  • JavaScript
  • NodeJS
  • ES6
  • React
  • React Native
  • Redux
  • GraphQL
  • WebPack
• Solid understanding of RESTful services
• Knowledge of both relational databases and NoSQL databases
• Thoughtfulness about product design with good user experience instincts
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Requirements

• Knowledge about Lean Startup and Agile Methodologies (bonus)
• Familiarity with AWS Technologies and other cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure and Heroku (bonus)
• Knowledge of Firebase (bonus)
• Practical experience with Machine Learning and AI using tools like TensorFlow and OpenAI (bonus)
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (bonus)
• Interest in Open Source and personal projects (bonus)
• Understanding of testability and interest in unit testing (bonus)
