[Hiring] Front-End Developer (React.js) @AccelOne

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer with solid experience in React.js to join our distributed engineering team. You will take ownership of front-end architecture and implementation, collaborating closely with other engineers, designers, and product stakeholders to build performant, scalable, and visually engaging web applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of front-end features and UI components using React.js.
• Translate design mockups and wireframes into responsive, accessible interfaces.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining a high-quality, scalable codebase.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks and UI issues.
• Mentor mid-level and junior developers within the front-end team.
• Follow Agile methodologies and actively contribute to sprint planning and reviews.
• Document components, functionality, and style guidelines as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 4+ using React.js.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management tools (Redux, Zustand, Context API).
• Familiarity with component libraries (Material-UI, Tailwind, or Chakra UI).
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs.
• Version control experience with Git.
• Solid understanding of Agile development practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in English (written and spoken).

Requirements

• Nice-to-Have:
• Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, or testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Experience with Angular will be valued.
• Knowledge of A/B testing, CRO, or web performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Figma or design handoff tools.
