[Hiring] Front-End Developer @HRBaires

Role Description

As a Front-end Developer, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining our extensive TypeScript (ts) library codebase with a strong focus on modularity and extensibility. You will collaborate closely with the engineering team, leveraging your expertise in ts/React and TurboRepo to optimize our Front-end infrastructure.

• Understanding that going out of your way to unblock a teammate can have a higher impact than working 2x harder yourself.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in blockchain integration with Polkadot / Cosmos. Bonus points for Eth integration experience.
• A mid~strong understanding of blockchain in general. Bonus points for trustless bridging and understanding of the IBC protocol.
• Strong experience in Next.js / React, ts. Flexibility in whichever tech stack is used (Zustand, jotai, tanstack-query, tailwind, radix-ui, shadcn/ui).
• Vibes well with team, high work ethic. Thrives on complexity and workload.
• Available open source github repo that showcase recent work that he/she is proud of in the FE domain, preferably in the Web3 space as a main / core contributor.
• Display a relentless pursuit of knowledge and embrace a continuous learning mindset, readily acquiring new skills and technologies to overcome challenges and drive success.
• Embrace cutting-edge technologies and methodologies, exhibiting a willingness to go the extra mile to achieve results, whether it involves Frontend, Backend, or any other necessary tasks.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting project deadlines.
