Role Description

As a Flutter Mobile Developer at InnovationTeam, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining mobile applications using Flutter.
• Designing clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Working with backend teams to integrate APIs and services.
• Reviewing code and helping maintain high coding standards.
• Troubleshooting issues, fixing bugs, and improving app performance.
• Participating in architecture discussions and technical decisions.
• Supporting app releases and deployments to the app stores.

Qualifications

• Strong experience developing mobile apps using Flutter.
• Good understanding of mobile app architecture and best practices.
• Experience working with REST APIs and backend services.
• Familiar with Git and modern development workflows.
• Experience with debugging and performance optimization.
• Ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with native Android or iOS development.
• Experience with state management solutions such as Bloc, Provider, or Riverpod.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and automated builds.
• Experience working in Agile teams.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 years of previous experience is required.
