Role Description

Testora is a self-discovery app that helps users explore and analyze their personality, intelligence, relationships, and career strengths through engaging tests. The app offers personalized challenges, progress reports, and habit tracking, making Testora your go-to tool for self-awareness, stronger relationships, and personal growth.

• Own our iOS and Android apps end to end.
• Make technical decisions and choose the right tools.
• Build, ship, and maintain features from idea to production.
• Keep the apps fast, stable, and reliable.
• Automate testing and releases to ship faster.
• Work directly with product, design, and backend to get things shipped.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Flutter and Dart experience.
• Experience shipping apps to the App Store and Google Play.
• Take ownership and solve problems independently.
• Balance speed, quality, and simplicity.

Requirements

• Native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) would be a plus.
• CI/CD and automated testing would be a plus.
• Backend and API experience would be a plus.
