Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange Online and Exchange Server 2019
• Strong understanding of hybrid Exchange architecture
• Adept in WSUS administration and patch lifecycle management
• Experience with System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) and Data Protection Management
• Expertise in PowerShell scripting and Windows Server administration (Windows OS 2022, 2019, and 2016)
• Solid grasp of Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and compliance frameworks
• Experience with Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune, and Endpoint Manager
• ITIL experience

Requirements

• Administer user accounts, mailboxes, and permissions
• Oversee hybrid Exchange configurations and Microsoft 365 identity services
• Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues
• Resolve email delivery and authentication problems
• Perform essential system maintenance and automation tasks such as patch management and conducting access reviews
• Support cloud and infrastructure improvements across Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
