Role Description

Arise is seeking an experienced Integration Architect with deep expertise in MuleSoft and Salesforce to help design and scale enterprise integrations that power our customer experience ecosystem. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who thrives in complex environments, enjoys collaborating across teams, and is passionate about building resilient, API-driven architectures. You will serve as a key technical authority, shaping integration strategy, guiding development teams, and ensuring our platforms connect seamlessly, securely, and at scale.

What You’ll Do

• Architecture & Strategy
  • Design and lead enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform from Salesforce to Arise Systems/Applications
  • Define scalable, secure, and reusable integration patterns aligned with Arise’s enterprise architecture
  • Translate business and platform needs into clear technical designs and roadmaps
• MuleSoft Leadership
  • Architect and oversee API-led connectivity using Experience, Process, and System APIs
  • Govern MuleSoft environments, deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and runtime strategies
  • Ensure performance, monitoring, reliability, and operational excellence across integrations
• Salesforce Integrations
  • Design integrations for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platforms
  • Leverage REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, CDC, and middleware integration patterns
  • Partner closely with Salesforce architects, admins, and product teams
• Security, Scalability & Reliability
  • Ensure integrations meet security, data privacy, and compliance standards
  • Design fault-tolerant, highly available integrations with strong observability
  • Support disaster recovery and business continuity through sound architecture
• Collaboration & Leadership
  • Act as a technical advisor and mentor to engineering and delivery teams
  • Review designs, code, and documentation for quality and alignment to standards
  • Work with external vendors, partners, and system integrators as needed

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise integration or application architecture
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
• 4+ years of experience designing Salesforce integrations
• Strong expertise in API-driven, event-driven, and cloud-based architectures
• Experience integrating complex, distributed enterprise systems
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• MuleSoft certifications (Developer, Integration Architect, or Platform Architect)
• Salesforce certifications (Integration Architecture Designer, Platform Developer, or Architect)
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Knowledge of OAuth, SSO, identity-based integrations, and zero-trust models
• Experience supporting CX platforms, contact center technologies, or partner ecosystems

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Advanced degree a plus.
