Role Description

We are looking for a skilled Developer with expertise in web development and Zoho CRM to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining web applications and integrations with Zoho CRM.
• Customizing Zoho CRM modules, workflows, and automation using Deluge scripting.
• Implementing and managing cold email blasting campaigns to support lead generation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize CRM processes and improve user experience.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to CRM and web applications.
• Ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and security within CRM systems.
• Providing technical support and training to team members on Zoho CRM functionalities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM customization and Deluge scripting.
• Familiarity with cold email blasting tools and strategies.
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automation, and data management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
