Role Description

We are looking for a Delphi Developer with solid experience in Delphi Embarcadero RAD Studio to maintain and enhance existing systems. This role requires the ability to quickly understand system architecture, work closely with the team during transition, and contribute to continuous improvements.

• Maintain and enhance existing systems built with Delphi Embarcadero RAD Studio.
• Work closely with the outgoing developer during onboarding and transition.
• Collaborate with the client and team to understand business processes and system architecture.
• Learn the existing system quickly and contribute to its ongoing evolution.

Qualifications

• Delphi Software Development / Application Maintenance (Delphi 10.2 and 13.1): 4+ years
• Good English Communication skill with the ability to clearly articulate technical decisions
• Embarcadero RAD Studio: 1+ years
• Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts applied in real-world systems: 3+ years
• Hands-on experience with database integration, including SQL and working with relational databases in application environments: 3+ years

• RBase Database: Any experience level
• Legacy System Maintenance: Any experience level
