Instasks App is a Professional Concierge Service that provides top-tiered professionals and clients with an online platform. Our unique approach to building an App is to give the client and the provider instant bookings and an easy process of all services:

• Client requests for quick tasks and large projects.
• Providers receive custom requests for their specialized skills.
• The app takes care of all invoicing between client and provider with a detailed invoice.
• Tracks providers' locations for the client's en route to any job.
• Portal platform to guide in listing professions, providing schedules, invoicing, and credit card processing.
• Clients can give providers reviews and star ratings to ensure elite services.

Our mission is to help all providers strive to achieve their financial and independent goals while having more time with their families. The App offers opportunities to providers over the age of 18 and, by law, over the age of 21 for any tasks serving liquor. BACKGROUND CHECK POLICY: All providers must go through an extensive background check through a third-party company after job confirmation. The document received can be used for any job application.

ETIQUETTE TRAINING POLICY: Each provider will go through etiquette training to ensure friendly and well-mannered service.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Requires working from detailed instructions and occasional independent decision-making. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, or procedural manuals.

A professional Database Administrator will keep the database up and running smoothly 24/7, providing a seamless flow of information throughout the company.

• Build database systems of high availability and quality depending on each end user’s specialized role.
• Design and implement a database according to end users' information needs and views.
• Define users and enable data distribution to the right user, in the appropriate format and in a timely manner.
• Use high-speed transaction recovery techniques and backup data.
• Minimize database downtime and manage parameters for fast query responses.
• Provide proactive and reactive data management support and training to users.
• Determine, enforce, and document database policies, procedures, and standards.
• Perform tests and evaluations regularly to ensure data security, privacy, and integrity.
• Monitor database performance, implement changes, and apply new patches and versions when required.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a Database Administrator.
• Hands-on experience with database standards and end-user applications.
• Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity, and SQL.
• Familiarity with database design, documentation, and coding.
• Previous experience with DBA case tools (frontend/backend) and third-party tools.
• Familiarity with programming languages API.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically.
• BS degree in a computer discipline or relevant certification.
