• Manage and guide data teams to execute on enterprise data strategy.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor team members on data technologies.
• Design end-to-end data processing for enterprise data warehousing.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent; MS preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in people management, particularly in data and analytics.
• Proven experience in redesigning data pipelines and enterprise data models.
• Mastery of modern data modeling patterns.
• Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and tools like Informatica and DBT.
• Experience with Lakehouse/Warehouse technologies.
• Commitment to automation and engineering best practices.
• Experience leveraging GenAI/LLMs to solve complex problems.
