Role Description

We are currently looking for several CRO Developers for one of the leading tech companies in Europe. The position is 100% remote and long-term.

• Duration: long-term 12+ months
• Capacity: full-time, part-time also possible
• Language: English
• Central European Time

Requirements

• Experience in conversion testing, including A/B testing and multivariate testing (MVT).
• Hands-on experience with experimentation platforms such as Dynamic Yield (preferred), with familiarity in Optimizely or Adobe Target as a plus.
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for implementing experiments and personalization.
• Experience working with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Ability to implement and validate test variations within live production environments.
