Role Description

Join our team as a CRM Developer, building, customising and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions across multiple client environments.

• Develop, customise and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement applications across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Customer Insights.
• Design and troubleshoot C# plugins, custom workflows and server-side logic, plus JavaScript client-side customisations.
• Configure Dataverse tables, relationships, forms, views, business rules and security roles.
• Build and troubleshoot Power Automate flows, Power Pages portals and Power Apps, with integrations via APIs and connectors.
• Diagnose production incidents, perform root cause analysis and deliver sustainable fixes within agreed service levels.
• Manage solutions across Development, Test/UAT and Production, including managed and unmanaged deployments.
• Work with functional consultants and client stakeholders to clarify requirements, assess feasibility and provide realistic estimates.
• Maintain technical documentation, perform unit testing and support UAT while following coding and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related discipline.
• Preferably 4–6 years of relevant experience, including significant hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM development.
• Strong C# and .NET skills, particularly Dynamics 365 plugins and server-side customisations.
• Strong JavaScript skills for Dynamics 365 client-side customisations.
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, including data models, relationships and security.
• Practical experience developing and troubleshooting Power Automate flows.
• Experience with solution management and deployment across multiple environments, including managed and unmanaged solutions.
• Experience with REST APIs, third-party integrations and supporting CRM applications in production.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, clear English communication and a proactive, client-focused mindset.

Requirements

• Desirable: Power Pages and Power Apps (model-driven and canvas) experience.
• Desirable: Power BI and SSRS reporting experience.
• Desirable: Familiarity with DocumentsCorePack, ClickDimensions and payment integrations.
• Desirable: Azure DevOps, ServiceNow or similar platforms; Power Platform ALM and deployment pipelines.
• Desirable: Copilot Studio and AI agents knowledge; Microsoft certifications such as PL-400.
• Candidates must be based in Sri Lanka.
