[Hiring] Creatio Technical Consultant @Solutions Metrix

Role Description

Solutions Metrix is looking for a Technical Consultant who knows the Creatio platform deeply and can own the technical layer of complex implementations end-to-end. This is a senior, client-facing role where you will:

• Architect and implement Creatio CRM solutions tailored to complex client business requirements
• Lead system integrations between Creatio and client enterprise systems, ensuring clean data flows, optimal workflows, and strong user experience
• Work directly with client IT departments to ensure on-time, in-scope, in-budget delivery
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear language for non-technical stakeholders, bridging the gap between IT and business
• Coach and mentor junior consultants on Creatio best practices and implementation standards
• Contribute to SM's internal knowledge base and participate in the broader Creatio community through blogs, webinars, or forums

Qualifications

• Creatio CRM Developer Advanced Certification (mandatory)
• 4+ years leading CRM implementation projects, including system integrations
• Deep hands-on Creatio platform knowledge - architecture, configuration, low-code development, and integration patterns
• Strong client-facing communication skills - written and verbal in English
• Experience mentoring or leading junior technical team members
• Ability to overlap with EST working hours

Requirements

• Financial services domain experience (banking, credit unions, insurance)
• Experience with iPaaS integration tools
• Active participation in the Creatio community
• Full project lifecycle experience - from discovery and design through go-live and support
