Role Description

We are sharing a specialised consulting opportunity for experienced Competitive Coders with strong expertise in C++, algorithmic problem solving, checker development, test design, and competitive-programming evaluation to contribute to an advanced AI training and reinforcement-learning project.

Selected professionals will:

• Create original competitive-programming problems.
• Develop reference solutions.
• Build robust test suites.
• Design evaluation environments that test an AI model's ability to solve complex algorithmic tasks.

The work requires:

• Advanced C++ proficiency.
• Strong competitive-programming judgement.
• Careful validation of constraints, outputs, and edge cases.
• No prior experience in AI is required.

Qualifications

• Strong competitive-programming background.
• Advanced C++ proficiency.
• Deep understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Strong checker and test-case design skills.
• Ability to analyse complex constraints and multiple valid solution paths.
• Excellent debugging, validation, and edge-case analysis skills.
• Strong attention to correctness and output consistency.
• Ability to write clear and maintainable C++ code.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Prior experience as a problem setter, tester, or checker on major competitive-programming platforms is highly advantageous.
• No prior AI-training or model-evaluation experience is required.

Requirements

• Part-time independent contractor engagement.
• Fully remote.
• Expected commitment: 15+ hours per week.
• Displayed compensation range: $45–$65/hour.
• Actual compensation structure is output-based, with payment made per task that meets project specifications.
• Task completion time may vary depending on experience and workflow.
