[Hiring] Cisco Collaboration Development Intern @ConvergeOne

Role Description

C1 is looking to add an intern to our Cisco Contact Center Development team. The Intern will work with a senior engineer to learn and assist with the configuration and implementation of Cisco Contact Center Applications.

• Assist with planning, design, and development of contact center call flows and self-service IVR applications
• Gain insight into the life cycle of projects
• Gain development experience with various Cisco Contact Center development platforms, including WebEx Contact Center’s Flow Designer
• Learn how Artificial Intelligence is being utilized in real customer environments
• Act as a resource working with other developers, project managers, and clients to help meet specific needs throughout the process

Qualifications

• Major programming language knowledge (Java or C#)
• Application Development Experience
• Office 365 Experience (Excel, Word, Visio)
• Customer Service Focus
• Strong Communication Skills
• Driven to Learn New Technologies

Requirements

• Familiarity with Contact Centers
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps
• Experience with SQL queries and stored procedure development
• Experience with Cloud integrations
• Knowledge of Microservices
• Familiarity with Eclipse IDE
• Familiarity with SmartSheets
• Web Development Capabilities

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment
