[Hiring] Backend Software Engineer @Atlas

Role Description

• Build internal tools and workflow automation to accelerate product development
• Develop and maintain APIs and data pipelines
• Work hands-on with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.) to ship features fast
• Own projects end-to-end in a scrappy startup environment

Qualifications

• Comfortable with backend development (APIs, databases, basic infra)
• Familiar with AI-assisted coding tools and can evaluate whether generated code is actually good
• Scrappy and self-directed – you figure things out and ship
