Role Description

Serve as a strategic technical lead, driving the successful implementation of data analytics, real-time integration, and optimized data engineering solutions under the Oracle FLEXCUBE core banking system across all Mashreq geographies. This role acts as the primary interface between business stakeholders, technology teams, and project implementation squads to ensure seamless delivery of:

• Scalable data design patterns
• High-performance data pipelines
• BMW (Batch Middleware) optimization

The role is instrumental in advancing the bank’s modernization agenda by enabling data-driven decision-making, enhancing customer experience, and improving business agility through robust, real-time data ecosystems.
