Role Description

• Administer and configure Atlassian tools: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and Crowd.
• Design, implement, and maintain workflows, permissions, and integrations across Atlassian products.
• Support CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo and Bitbucket.
• Provide governance, best practices, and documentation for Atlassian tool usage.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and project management teams to optimize tool adoption.
• Troubleshoot issues, manage upgrades, and ensure system reliability.
• Deliver reporting and dashboards to track project progress and system performance.
