Role Description
We are seeking an experienced AS400 Technical Lead with strong expertise in IBM i (AS400 and COBOL, RPGLE, CL/CLLE, and DB2/400). The candidate will lead development, BRE extraction, STTM document preparation for mission-critical enterprise applications. The role requires:
- Technical leadership
- Client interaction
- Solution design
- Estimation
- Code reviews
- Mentoring of development teams
Qualifications
- AS400/COBOL
- AS/400 ILE Concepts with CL programming
- Query/400, SQL
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience (AS400 + COBOL Experience is mandatory)
- Legacy Modernization and Reverse Engineering
- Business Rules Extraction (BRE) are preferred skills
