[Hiring] Architect (BPM | Azure | GenAI) @Northwest Talent Solutions LLC

Role Description

We're partnering with a global, enterprise-scale organization transforming how business processes are designed, automated, and optimized using BPM + AI + Cloud. This is not a maintenance role. This is a true architecture seat at the table —where you'll design next-gen solutions that integrate Cora SeQuence (or similar BPM), Azure, and Generative AI to drive real business impact at scale.

What You'll Own:

• Architecture & Strategy
  • Design end-to-end BPM solutions using Cora SeQuence (or Appian / Pega / Camunda / Bizagi)
  • Translate business needs into scalable, secure, enterprise architectures
  • Define technical roadmaps aligned to AI + cloud transformation
• Intelligent Automation
  • Build workflows leveraging:
    • GenAI (Azure OpenAI, LLMs, NLP)
    • Document Intelligence / OCR
    • Cloud AI Services
  • Integrate APIs, microservices, and enterprise systems (SAP, Dynamics, etc.)
• Leadership & Influence
  • Guide development teams across full lifecycle (design deployment)
  • Partner with business + executive stakeholders
  • Act as trusted advisor on automation strategy
• Optimization & Innovation
  • Identify opportunities to automate, streamline, and modernize processes
  • Drive continuous improvement across BPM + AI ecosystems

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Solution / Technical Architecture
• Deep experience with BPM platforms: Cora SeQuence (ideal) OR Appian / Pega / Camunda / Bizagi
• Strong Azure cloud experience
• Hands-on with:
  • APIs, integrations, distributed systems
  • .NET / C# / JavaScript
  • SQL Server / data architecture
• Proven ability to design enterprise-scale solutions

Requirements

• Experience integrating Generative AI (Azure OpenAI, LLMs)
• Document Intelligence / OCR (Azure AI Doc Intelligence, etc.)
• Cloud AI services (NLP, computer vision, automation)
• RPA, Process Mining, or ML exposure
• Consulting or client-facing architecture experience
