Role Description

Tyndall Federal Credit Union is looking for the next member of our #TeamTyndall family! The role involves managing the full lifecycle of the credit union's core banking environment, including:

• Development, testing, and deployment of program updates, reporting extracts, and automated job schedules.
• Coordinating core releases while guiding operational teams through process changes.
• Building and maintaining secure, efficient interfaces with third-party partners.
• Serving as a departmental leader and technical escalation point.
• Ensuring the core banking system is compliant with financial regulations.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of similar or related experience.
• A two-year college degree, specialized certification, or completion of specialized training courses.

Requirements

• Ability to create simple PC-based software applications and reports.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Knowledge of Summit Spectrum Back-Office Operations is preferred.
• Understanding of database administration concepts including UNIX and Windows.
• Ability to travel locally and out of town for credit union-related business and training.
• Strong interpersonal skills for conflict resolution and relationship building.
