Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Angular Developer to join our engineering team and build modern, scalable, and responsive web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, along with experience developing applications that integrate with RESTful APIs and backend services.

You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, backend engineers, and other technology teams to deliver high-quality applications in an Agile environment.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using Angular.
• Build reusable and scalable UI components using Angular and TypeScript.
• Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs and backend services.
• Work with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and designs into functional applications.
• Develop responsive interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern UI frameworks.
• Implement state management and application architecture best practices.
• Write unit and integration tests and troubleshoot application issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with backend developers, QA engineers, product owners, and other stakeholders.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in front-end software development.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Angular.
• Strong experience with TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience with RxJS and Angular services.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design.
• Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
• Experience writing unit tests using frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma, or Jest.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented and component-based development.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Angular 15+ / modern Angular versions.
• Experience with NgRx or other state-management frameworks.
• Experience with Node.js / NPM.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience working with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar tools.
• Experience working with Java/Spring Boot or .NET backend applications.
• Financial services or enterprise application experience is a plus.
