[Hiring] Agentic Engineer(s) @Genie AI

Role Description

We are building an AI-first company where engineers don’t write most code by hand. Instead, you design systems, orchestrate agents, backcast from outcomes, and ship end-to-end products with leverage and autonomy while being highly aligned.

• Architect and build AI-powered products end-to-end
• Build and manage a fleet of agents
• Design technical systems that multiply team output
• Help build the Agentic Legal Framework and our Knowledge Intelligence Platform
• Safeguard the team’s future by elevating engineering from individual contribution to 10x team output

You won’t just ship features; you’ll shape how we build products in the age of AI.

• Own technical design from first principles, use design patterns deliberately and architect scalable Node.js systems
• Build, deploy and maintain subagents, improving agentic effectiveness and design workflows that scale with agents
• Own features from ideation to architecture to implementation to shipping
• Backcast from product outcomes and build most of the solution at once, share knowledge openly, elevate peers and design for collective intelligence
• Contribute to core strategic initiatives: Agentic Legal Framework, Knowledge Intelligence Platform, AIOps evolution

Qualifications

• Strong Node.js experience
• Backend experience with frontend exposure or full-stack experience
• Strong technical design capability
• Deep understanding of design patterns
• Experience experimenting with coding co-pilots / AI coding tools
• Systems thinking
