Role Description

The Adobe Multi-Solution Architect (MSA) will play a vital role in the architecture design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Adobe solutions, with a primary focus on Adobe Firefly, GenStudio, Content Supply Chain, and Adobe Commerce (Magento).

• Work closely with Engineering, Strategy, Sales teams, and clients to build state-of-the-art solutions and implementations.
• Provide best-fit architectural solutions for one or more projects.
• Assist in defining scope and sizing of work; anchor Proof of Concept developments.
• Provide solution architecture for business problems and platform integration with third-party services.
• Design and develop complex features for clients' business needs.
• Collaborate with global talent to create and implement innovative, high-quality solutions.
• Participate in Sales and various pursuits focused on clients' business needs.
• Contribute in thought leadership, mentorship, systems analysis, architecture, design, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Challenge leading-edge solutions, consultative, and business skills through diverse work in multiple industry domains.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of engineering experience.
• Strong technical and architectural experience with Adobe solutions, particularly Firefly, GenStudio, Content Supply Chain, and Adobe Commerce (Magento).
• Hands-on implementation experience with Adobe solutions relevant to content creation, content supply chain workflows, digital experience, or commerce.
• Experience designing integrations and workflows involving Adobe platforms and third-party services.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing and/or managing daily operations with multiple Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
• 4+ years of experience architecting and implementing complex digital marketing solutions across Site, SEM, Media, Mobile App, and Email for large corporate environments.
• Strong experience in Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation programs, and Marketing Technology implementations.
• Strong hands-on software engineering experience, with proficiency in relevant technologies such as TypeScript, Next.js, Python, or Java.

Requirements

• Design and implement solutions to resolve Marketing or Care-based challenges using Adobe solutions.
• Assess and audit existing client digital ecosystems to recommend optimizations.
• Design relevant multi-channel/multi-tactic architecture diagrams and documentation.
• Contribute to the creation of 2- to 4-year digital marketing roadmaps.
• Assist with solution project estimation, scope definition, resource allocation, and project timelines.
• Design and contribute to POCs, solutions, integrations, and production deliveries.
• Extensively use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate software delivery.
• Bring a strong sense of Engineering Excellence and Innovation to the business.
• Oversee the delivery of best-in-class multi-channel/multi-tactic digital solutions.
• Recommend management and governance policies using client constraints.
• Implement testing strategies to validate adherence to specifications.
• Outline key performance objectives and methodologies for measurements of success.
• Effectively engage internal and external technical, C-Suite, and senior leadership resources.
• Create internal and external knowledge sharing in the form of blog posts, whitepapers, etc.
• Identify opportunities to use AI-assisted development, automation, and intelligent workflows.
• Foster innovation and encourage the adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices across teams.
