[Hiring] A.I. Integration Specialist 2 @OuterBox

The A.I. Integration Specialist focuses on front-end development using React and Next.js. You will enhance our custom internal chatbot by creating and maintaining components, including SSR components, and integrating generative A.I. APIs from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. Additionally, you will develop automations to streamline processes, manage scripts and Cloud Functions using JavaScript and Python, and ensure seamless API integration.

• Front-end Development: Develop and maintain front-end components using modern frameworks like React and Next.js. Focus on enhancing user experience and performance through effective front-end design and implementation.
• API Integration and Automation: Work with APIs from generative AI providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. Use frameworks like LangChain to integrate AI features into applications. Create automations that leverage generative AI to enhance process efficiency
• A.I. Integrations and Development: Drive integrations of AI technologies, creating AI-driven solutions, and leveraging AI for automation and process improvement. Write and manage scripts and automations using JavaScript and Python. Focus on creating and maintaining Cloud Functions for serverless solutions on platforms like Google Cloud Platform.
• Database Management: Perform basic data management using Supabase and PostgreSQL. Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of all database systems.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues, both independently and collaboratively, to ensure the smooth operation of AI-integrated applications and web components.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear and precise documentation of code, workflows, and system behaviors. Keep records of processes and workflows, update existing documentation, and create new documentation as needed. Ensure all technical documentation is accessible for team members and stakeholders.
• Innovation & Improvement: Experiment with new technologies and modern
• DevOps practices. Contribute to streamlining deployments, improving app management, and introducing automation. Stay ahead of industry trends by exploring and integrating cutting-edge tools.
• Implementation Oversight: Lead the implementation phase by overseeing code quality, performing reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices. Optimize the performance of applications in cloud environments, focusing on efficient use of services like AWS and SQS handling.

Work Environment

Fast-paced, dynamic office environment, and may be required to work outside of regular office hours to resolve issues or complete projects for the department.

Requirements

Required Experience

• 3-4 years of experience preferred. Demonstration of exemplary performance may supersede the experience requirement.
• Basic proficiency in React and Next.js for frontend development.
• Solid JavaScript and Python skills for automations and scripting.
• Familiarity with Generative AI APIs from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
• Understanding of generative AI frameworks like LangChain.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, especially Cloud Functions.
• Basic experience with Supabase and PostgreSQL for database management.
• Problem-solving abilities to tackle technical challenges.
• Good communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to document processes and present findings clearly.
• Engineering experience at a digital marketing agency would be a plus but is not required.

Physical Demands

• Primarily involves sitting at a desk and using a computer for extended periods of time.
• Light physical activity is also required, such as carrying equipment or setting up for presentations.
• Requires a high level of mental focus and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination and the ability to use a computer for extended periods are required.
