Role Description
This role involves providing support to application, support, and infrastructure teams for server management, directory services, messaging, and cloud services.
- Act as a liaison between application teams and other operations teams, such as data center operations, DevOps, infrastructure, and DBA teams.
- Collaborate with Product and infrastructure teams on tasks such as planning, budgeting, architecture, and troubleshooting.
- Work with Active Directory, Windows Server, Entra ID / Azure, and hybrid cloud/datacenter design.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years working experience in infrastructure administration.

- Salary: $120K - $135K; Commensurate with experience.
