Role Description

As a Technical Consultant at Infocentric Solutions Inc., you will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to design, develop, and deploy tailored NetSuite solutions that align with unique business requirements. This role demands strong technical proficiency in NetSuite customization and integration capabilities, combined with a consultative approach to delivering value-added solutions.

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable NetSuite technical solutions.
• Design and develop customizations using SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST), and SuiteBuilder.
• Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems using APIs and middleware platforms.
• Create technical documentation including functional and technical specifications, test cases, and deployment guides.
• Assist in data migration activities and data transformation strategies during NetSuite implementations.
• Provide technical guidance during system configuration, setup, testing, and go-live support.
• Work with business consultants and project managers to align technical deliverables with business goals.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including scoping, proof of concept development, and technical demonstrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite-related issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration failures.
• Stay up to date with the latest NetSuite releases and functionality enhancements.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Overall IT Consulting experience of 6+ years, with 2+ years of hands-on NetSuite technical development experience.
• Minimum of 2 full-cycle NetSuite implementations in a technical capacity.
• Expertise in SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, RESTlets, and Web Services.
• Experience with NetSuite integration frameworks and tools (Dell Boomi, Celigo, or custom middleware).
• Strong understanding of business processes in areas like Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Finance, and CRM.
• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and development lifecycle best practices.
• NetSuite Developer or Administrator certifications are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
