Role Description

We are looking for a Team Lead (Vue.JS+Laravel) for our client - a product-driven company building a platform to automate customs clearance for eCommerce imports into the EU.

Their system is integrated with official customs databases across Europe and processes thousands of shipments daily.
They are profitable and aiming to double their revenue this year.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience with Laravel (Jobs, Queues, Events, Eloquent)
Experience with Vue.js
Strong knowledge of architecture, refactoring, planning, and code review
Solid PostgreSQL experience (optimization, maintenance)
Leadership experience (mentoring, leading discussions)
English at B2+ level

Requirements

Hybrid model — 1–2 days remote per week
Based in Tallinn or open to relocation within the EU
Official employment with 20% income tax
Paid Trial Week — flexible schedule
