Role Description
We are seeking a Staff AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping our AI strategy, driving technical excellence, and delivering cutting-edge solutions that have a tangible impact. - Architect and implement production-grade AI systems using TypeScript and LangChain.js
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship while remaining hands-on
- Design scalable and maintainable AI infrastructure
- Build robust APIs and services that leverage LLM capabilities
- Work closely with product teams to deliver impactful AI solutions
Qualifications
- Excelled in software engineering and have made significant contributions on AI/LLM technologies
- Deep expertise in TypeScript and modern web development practices
- Experience architecting and implementing production AI systems
- Strong background in API development (Python/Django/Flask experience is a plus)
- Proven track record of driving technical initiatives in complex environments
- Practical experience with LangChain.js or similar LLM frameworks (preferred)
- History of delivering end-to-end solutions independently
