Role Description
Anaplan is seeking a Supply Chain Applications Builder/Developer for our Supply Chain Application team. This team creates both out-of-the-box and customizable applications in Anaplan, covering various supply chain use cases such as Demand, Inventory, Supply, and IBP/S&OP.
- Develop solutions on the Anaplan platform based on requirements from our Supply Chain Product Management team.
- Collaborate closely with Application Solutions Architects for guidance on complex designs.
- Manage and advance your portfolio of model-building projects.
- Collaborate with go-to-market and professional services teams to leverage the capabilities of the applications developed by our team.
Qualifications
- Diverse experience as Anaplan Model Builder, with 2+ years' hands-on model building experience. Level 3 certification preferred.
- Experience with some of the wider facets of the Anaplan platform (PlanIQ, Optimizer, Workflow and Polaris etc.) is useful but not essential.
- Numerically literate, and likely to have a STEM undergraduate degree.
- Ability to manage your model build activities through to completion.
- Attention to detail and a focus on model-building best practices and standards.
- A focus on the end user experience is essential.
- An ‘engineering mindset’ to Anaplan architecture; ensuring configurable functionality and pre-empting edge cases.
Requirements
- Build Supply Chain Applications by leveraging core Anaplan platform capabilities, spanning the suite of Anaplan platform components (model building, data management, UX building etc).
- Partner with Application Product Management to ensure requirements are understood.
- Design/architect the modelling and UX to meet the requirements and work with Architects where the requirements are complex.
- Ensure new features are prepared to a high standard and support a smooth UAT process.
- Ensure the user experience that sits across any features developed is intuitive and easy to use.
- Produce model documentation and keep it up to date as new development takes place.
Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $163,000 — $220,000 USD
