Role Description

- Design and implement features for a compound AI system w/ agents, LLMs, RAGs
- Create APIs, create data models
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Python and Go code
- Write documentation
- Develop and maintain unit, integration, and functional tests
- Provide customer support to early adopters
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on SaaS and cloud
- Strong programming skills in at least one of the following languages: Python, Go
- Proficiency in API development (e.g. REST)
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization development (e.g. in AWS, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of databases, data modeling, and performance optimization techniques
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems
Requirements
- Experience on an enterprise product engineering team with frequent releases
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code
- Shipping code for an industry leading product
- Published code in a public project e.g. Github (solo or team)
- Familiarity with agentic systems
- Knowledge of security, privacy, and compliance requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2)
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
