Role Description
This role involves supporting the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) Integrated Data Environment & Global Transportation Network Convergence (IGC) Program.
- Leads the design, development, and maintenance of software applications.
- Manages application developers with SQL tuning, data modeling, data refresh, code migration, performance testing, and physical database design.
- Designs and develops software to meet user needs, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Designs, implements, PL/SQL codes, tests, and maintains Oracle PL/SQL code and functionality.
- Supports development teams with database object creation, PL/SQL, procedures, and triggers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science from an ABET accredited or CAE designated institution.
- OR Bachelor's degree (any field) + One of the certifications: FITSP-D, GCSA, GISF, SSCP.
- 10 years of technical experience with IT or IT related programs supporting DoD/Federal Agencies. Master’s Degree with at least 7 years’ experience acceptable.
- Minimum Clearance: DoD Secret.
Requirements
- USTRANSCOM IT Systems Experience.
- Experience with Informatica PowerCenter, RDBMS such as Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL, Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka.
