Role Description

This role involves developing and extending the Provider Portal infrastructure and backend capabilities to manage obligation inventories effectively.

Write high-quality, clean, concise, well-tested code
Build highly scalable distributed services independently and collaboratively
Have expertise in high-level languages and common AWS services, including CodePipeline
Contribute to architecture and/or implementation decisions
Contribute ideas into the technical and product roadmap
Proactively solve code challenges and anticipate solutions
Mentor other engineers and share knowledge
Participate in the team’s 24/7 on-call rotation

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with +5 years of relevant experience
Understands system architecture and programming paradigms
Proficient in a range of software development tools (Golang preferred)
Demonstrates continuous learning and improvement
Communicates assumptions, opportunities, risks, and complex systems
Scopes/estimates stories and manages time off effectively
Owns/delivers tasks and handles production issues
Self-directs work and considers code observability, maintainability, and efficiency
Documents/refactors code and follows standards/procedures
Collaborates with cross-functional teams and participates in recruiting
Can facilitate meetings with technical and non-technical stakeholders
