Role Description
This is a remote role, within the United States. This position is full-time.
The Dynamics ERP Specialist will be accountable to the VP of Operations and will be compensated based on their experience. The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Defining and implementing business requirements
- Configuring and customizing ERP modules for multiple departments
- Working collaboratively with participating departments to enhance operational effectiveness
Qualifications
- At least five years of experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar capacity
- Expertise in and a proven track record of deploying Dynamics ERP solutions successfully
- Experience working with Business Central modules such as Finance, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Sales Order Management
- NAV or Business Central Manufacturing and Inventory experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- The ability to travel up to 25%
Requirements
- It is preferred that candidates have experience or access to resources with Power BI and other third-party applications

Salary Description
This position has an expected salary range of $115,000 - $140,000, depending on experience and qualifications. You will also be eligible for the XTIVIA employee bonus plan.
