Role Description

This role involves working as a Solution Design Engineer (Salesforce) to support Thomson Reuters' digital transformation program.

Design: Understand business strategy and supporting processes to drive the right design, contributing to an integrated systems architecture.
Align: Contribute to designs that meet project requirements and align with business objectives, roadmaps, and strategic solutions.
Prove: Design and run proof of concepts (POC) for new architectures.
Deliver: Create clear architecture documents, including high-level designs and non-functional requirement acceptance.
Support: Collaborate with the system operations team to ensure system security, stability, and high availability.
Communicate: Possess business-facing skills to collaborate and manage scope positively.
Be a Team Player: Work in a collaborative team-oriented environment, sharing information and valuing diverse ideas.
Be an Agile Person: Deliver solutions against strict timelines in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Be Innovative: Empowered to try new approaches and learn new technologies.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3+ years in development with a focus on Salesforce domain and integration areas.
Desire for architectural design thinking and understanding of architectural patterns.
Experience in all aspects of system design including tools capability, integration design, data modeling, security & privacy, and business process implementation.
Solid understanding of agile delivery methodology.
Experience or exposure to Salesforce Sales capabilities such as Customer Community, Sales Engagement, Collaborative Forecasting, Account Planning, Sales Territories, and Einstein.
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, IT, related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
Architecture certifications (Salesforce, TOGAF, etc.).
