Role Description
As a Software Engineer Intern (Full-stack/Front-end) within our vibrant 15+ member product and engineering organization, you'll be getting real, hands-on software engineering experience while being at the forefront of crafting innovative solutions for our global student intern community.
- Contribute to key components of the platform while collaborating with different teams
- Participate in design discussions and learn best practices in software development
- Assist in debugging and resolving issues, gaining hands-on experience in troubleshooting
- Be part of a small, collaborative team where your ideas are valued
- Learn about performance optimization by analyzing and improving existing code
Qualifications
- Passionate about frontend development and web technologies
- Basic understanding of the UI workflow - Dev, Test, Build and Deployment
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS, with an interest in design patterns and developer tools
- Familiarity with at least one frontend framework, such as React or Angular
- Familiarity with Backend frameworks (NodeJs, ExpressJs etc)
- Basic understanding of databases - Relational or Non Relational
- Good problem solving skills with data structures and algorithms

- You are eager to learn and continuously improve your programming skills
- You take an interest in understanding the company, our products, and the challenges we solve
- You value testing as part of the development process
- You enjoy working with others to build great solutions
- You take responsibility for your work and follow through on tasks until they are completed
- You manage your time well and stay organized
