Role Description
Rula's mission is to make mental healthcare work for everyone: patients, mental health providers, and healthcare systems. As part of that, we are focusing on providing high-quality human support to both patients and providers.
- Work on building tools for support agents with a focus on good UX and streamlined workflows
- Automate repetitive tasks
- Establish the platform and patterns for other teams to build out agent-led workflows
- Enjoy working closely with users—be it support agents or other engineers using your product
Qualifications
- 3+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience working on cross-functional teams
- Fullstack experience building modern database-backed (sql/no-sql) web applications
- Frontend experience working with a modern FE framework (React/Angular/etc)
- Collaborative working style and bias to helping others in the team grow
Requirements
- Production experience with React, Typescript, Next.js, Node.js, or Kafka
- Previous experience working on Internal tools teams
- Experience or interest in building good UX
- High personal awareness and growth mindset
