Role Description
This role involves programming surveys and ensuring efficient data delivery.
- Review survey questionnaires and formulate recommendations for optimal data layout
- Coordinate with Data Processing Team on survey structure
- Provide post-delivery support
- Interact with Survey Programmers, Data processors, QA, PM's, and sales regarding project requirements
- Conduct quality control checks for error-free deliverables
- Program surveys accurately following client specifications
- Ensure project completion by established deadlines
- Handle complex projects independently
- Train and mentor team members on new products and services
- Possibly take over the team when the Team Lead is out of office
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in survey programming or equivalent
- Experience in programming custom exercises (MaxDiff, CJ, WW, GG, Trade-off, shelf, etc.)
- Able to work on multi-level custom LF priority allocations or custom segmentations/algorithms without supervision
Requirements
- Experience working with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery
- Knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python
- Experience programming with ConfirmIt, Decipher, CMIX, or any programming tool
- Expert in R&D library and tools implementation
- Strong customer-centric skills and ability to handle escalation calls independently
