Role Description
As an engineer within People.AI’s Application group you will be tasked with bringing People.AI custom-captured data to life through views and workflows that give reps, managers, and sales leaders superpowers. Our goal is to surface insights for these personas when and where they need them so they can take action and improve their sales outcomes.
- Collaborate within the team and with other engineering teams to build new features and products according to business needs.
- Document design choices and operational knowledge to successfully deploy and run workflows (and any supporting services).
- Provide appropriate test coverage, unit and integration testing, with focus on performance, readability and maintainability for your feature ownership areas.
- Follow software design and development best practices and promote such practices in the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience working with modern web stack (Typescript, React, etc).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or in a closely related discipline.
Requirements
- Experience with data analysis is a plus.
- Experience with LLMs is a plus.
