Role Description
This role involves matching elite tech talent with funded SaaS startups across Europe & North America.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional development experience
- Proven experience in SaaS product environments
- Fluent in at least 2-3 tech stacks (JavaScript, Python, and .NET)
- Proficient in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Cursor, Codium, Phind)
- English proficiency
- Comfortable working with clients' time zones
- High-speed internet connection
- High-resolution camera
Requirements
- Bonus if you have led sprints or shipped major product updates
- Experience with agile remote teams
- Built tooling or optimized CI/CD pipelines
- Degree in engineering or computer science
- Startup experience
- Multiple responsibilities in previous work
- Experience with LLM
