Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team and take on the responsibility of developing and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, including C#, Angular, .NET, Web API, and cloud-based tools such as AWS and Elastic Search.
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack applications using C#, Angular, .NET, and Web API.
- Architect and build scalable, high-performance systems to meet both business and technical requirements.
- Ensure the applications are designed with flexibility, performance, and maintainability in mind.
- Apply advanced problem-solving techniques to debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues.
- Continuously optimize application performance through thoughtful code reviews, refactoring, and performance testing.
- Drive innovative solutions to technical challenges, ensuring the system meets both user and business needs.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, helping them to improve their technical skills and develop best practices.
- Lead by example in adopting best development practices, including version control, code quality, and security standards.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the direction of software development projects.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software on time.
- Take ownership of key components of the system, ensuring the integrity of both front-end and back-end systems.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Utilize AWS for building and deploying cloud-native applications that scale with user demand.
- Implement and optimize Elastic Search to manage and search large datasets efficiently.
- Leverage NHibernate for data access and ORM to improve application performance and scalability.
Qualifications
- At least bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or any related discipline.
- 2-5 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, including full-stack development with C#, Angular, .NET, and Web API.
- Advanced proficiency in building and maintaining complex applications using C#, .NET, Angular, and Web API.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and optimize systems.
- Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of projects, from initial design through deployment and ongoing maintenance.
- Proven ability to mentor junior engineers, lead technical initiatives, and collaborate effectively across teams.
